Since his first day in practice it has been Dr. Bostock's goal to assist patients in creating an approach that is suited to their goals and needs, that is safe and effective. With each of his patients, he takes time to listen to their concerns, educate them, connect dots where needed and empower them with different options and treatments to reach their health goals, in the shortest amount of time possible.

Together, an individualized plan is created using natural treatments to restore and optimize your health. This treatment plan could include nutrition and dietary recommendations, routine or specialty lab testing, and use of supplements integrated with movement and exercise and even use of bioidentical hormone treatment or pharmaceuticals, when needed.

Dr. Bostock has a practice focussed on digestive issues, women's and men's health, skin issues & hormones. Most of his patients are dealing with some combination of the following: fatigue, anxiety, concerns like bloating and indigestion; hormone-related issues like PCOS, endometriosis, menopause or painful periods. Depression and chronic pain are also very common. Regardless of the current symptoms you're having, the goal is to uncover the underlying causes for why you're not feeling your best. Once we determine this, we want to take steps to address these causes — not just fix your symptoms.
