How to Have the Best Sauna Experience

Hydration: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session.
Duration: Limit sessions to 15–30 minutes to avoid overheating.
Health Conditions: Consult a healthcare professional if you have cardiovascular issues, pregnancy, or other health concerns.
Temperature Settings: Use 110°F–130°F (43°C–54°C) as recommended.
Cooling Down: Allow your body to cool gradually after your session.
Medication Awareness: Some medications can increase sensitivity to heat.
Clothing: Wear appropriate clothing, a swimsuit, or use a towel to sit on.
Avoid Alcohol or Drugs: These can impair judgment and increase health risks.
Listen to Your Body: Exit the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or uncomfortable.
